The auto-generated Bandcamp e-store estimated shipping times for physical orders are sometimes not accurrate; certain locals can take longer than anticipated.

We endeavor to ship all physical products within 2-5 business days after receiving an order and many times we ship on the same day the order was placed. Customers will be notified from the Bandcamp auto-message to their private email address when we have shipped your order. Important: as this is an automated message it can sometimes end up in the 'junk/spam' filter, so please check that from time to time before emailing us about status updates. Our fulfilment partners are Proper Music (UK) or I-DI (Austria), and as such their logo may appear on the packaging of our shipments. While we do our best to avoid extra charges; we are not responsible for any import duties on orders we ship.

If there is a problem with your physical order, or it is in any way delayed, we will notifiy you via email with any updates.

Basic Ground and Standard International Shipping is provided via Royal Mail and/or UPS / ASENDA - our physical products are shipped from the United Kingdom and Austria. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery inside the UK and Europe, and 2-4 weeks for international destinations. Under normal circumstances, we expect orders sent by mail to arrive within a few days to two weeks of purchase, but cannot always guarantee this.

VERY IMPORTANT: We do *not* provide a formal, tracked mail-service from the UK; if you require this, please email us *before* your order and we can easily sort that out. Customers will need to pay the extra charge for tracking in this instance. All orders shipped from Austria contain a tracked service. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOMER ADDRESSES:

Customers must provide a correct and up to date address in order to successfully receive physical goods. Should you provide incorrect address details and subsequently contact us after we have shipped your goods requesting us to resend the order to a new address, we will not be able to honor this as we have sent the order in good faith to the address on the system. Furthermore, if you pre-order an album in CD/LP and your address changes before the release date, you *must inform us* of any address changes *before the release date* or we will ship to the address we have on file. In this instance, we will not be able to ship another order to your new address; you must collect from your previous address. We will work with customers as best we can on an individual basis, but the responsibility to inform of any address change is on the customer and if we lose the stock to a bad address at no fault of our own, we will not be able to issue a refund. Therefore, Customers will not be refunded for their purchase if they provide an incorrect delivery address (either outdated or a mistake) and the order is never received. They will have to re-purchase the full cost of the item plus delivery.

Customers who do not collect their order from the post office due to a missed delivery attempt, resulting in the order being sent back to us, must repay the full cost of shipping in order for us to send the package again. If this is unacceptable we will refund you for the cost of the item only, but not for the original shipping charge as that is a cost we've incurred.

Customers who do not pay for any customs charges due on their package, in order to clear their package for delivery, resulting in the package being sent back to us, must re-pay for the full cost of shipping in order for us to send the package again. Return Policy
While we will always work with customers to the best of our ability, we do not issue refunds for any reason other than faulty physical merch or digital file.

If you have received a faulty CD(s) or Vinyl, email payments@whirlwindrecordings.com in order to claim a refund/replacement. We will ask you to send us photos of any damage and/or video to prove how the item is exactly faulty. Please note: minor scuffs/corner bends as a result of international shipping on the packaging of LPs/CDs cannot be refunded - please be assured we send everything in perfect condition in the highest quality packaging we can source.

Our Refunds Policy does not apply to any Digital Album download unless there has proven to be an error or fault in the music data file supplied. If you are not able to play your music file due to a fault in the data file, please email payments@whirlwindrecordings.com and we will send you a new, working data file, or issue you a full refund.

Customers will not be refunded for their CD/LP purchase if they provide an incorrect delivery address - either outdated or by mistake - via their Bandcamp account when they purchase a Whirlwind physical product. If the LP/CD is returned to Whirlwind, in order to receive the title they will have to inform us of the correct address and repay for the new shipping. Please note: a large majority of the time, physical products are never returned as a result of being shipped to an incorrect address.

Preview photos of specially printed/colored/marble/multi-colored LPs on our website may not match the finished vinyl product to 100% accuracy due to the nature of the manufacturing process of mixing colors when producing vinyl. All preview merch photos are therefore only provided as a guide image and no returns will be issued for variances.

If customer purchases a physical item "by mistake" it must be returned to us at their full expense, and must be in perfect, resalable condition upon return, or no refund will be issued.
